Rules for returning goods

Filling out the return form: Fill out the return form you will receive from customer service.
Packing the product: Pack the product in its original packaging and enclose the completed return form.
Shipping: Send the product to the address provided by our support team.
4. Return costs
The cost of returning the goods is covered by the buyer if the goods are returned without defects. In case of defective goods, we will cover the costs.

5. Payment of funds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your account within 14 days. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.
